The Story Behind This Rug

This rug has spent decades being woven, walked on, and cared for before making its way to us. We've kept it in its original, unaltered form, preserving the full pattern and proportions exactly as it was originally woven, so you receive the rug in its authentic, complete state.

The Meaning Behind the Pattern

Oushak-style florals are traditionally associated with abundance and natural growth, their loosely spaced blossoms and vines often interpreted as a gentle nod to gardens and open landscapes. The airy, uncrowded layout seen in this rug reflects a design philosophy that values breathing room and soft movement over dense symmetry, a quality often linked to comfort and hospitality in the homes where these rugs were traditionally woven.

Care & Cleaning

Vacuum regularly on a low-pile or no-beater-bar setting to remove dust and debris. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — avoid rubbing. Professional rug cleaning is recommended every 1-2 years. Rotate the rug periodically for even wear, and keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and excess moisture.

For customers in the United States, duties are prepaid and no additional customs fees will be charged upon delivery. International buyers outside the US may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their own country.
