Are the rugs authentic and handmade?
Yes. Our vintage rugs are individually sourced in Turkey and described according to their construction, materials and condition. Original product photographs show the exact piece you will receive.
Why can the measurements vary slightly?
Handmade vintage rugs are not machine-perfect rectangles. We provide the available side measurements; small differences between opposite sides are part of their handmade character.
Can I request more photos or a video?
Yes. Contact us before purchasing and include the product title or SKU.
Where do orders ship from?
Most vintage rugs are prepared and dispatched from Turkey with tracking. Selected products held in U.S. stock are identified on their product pages. U.S. prices include applicable import duties for orders shipped from Turkey under our stated DDP terms.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We serve the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and supported European destinations. Available destinations and charges are shown on each product page. We do not accept orders shipping to Turkey.
What is the return period?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. The buyer pays tracked and insured return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How should I care for a vintage wool rug?
Vacuum gently without a beater bar, rotate occasionally, blot spills without rubbing and use a professional experienced with hand-knotted wool for deep cleaning.
