Information we collect

We collect the contact, delivery and order information you provide when you place an order, contact us, use live chat or submit a review. Payment card details are processed by Stripe or PayPal and are not stored by us. With your consent, Google Analytics and our first-party analytics collect limited device, traffic-source and general location information.

How we use it

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain legally required records and improve the store. A single abandoned-cart reminder is sent only after explicit consent and includes an unsubscribe option.

Service providers and international transfers

Information may be processed by providers that support payments, email, analytics, chat and shipping. Because we operate between the United States and Turkey and serve international customers, information may be processed outside your country with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

Google Customer Reviews

After a confirmed purchase, we share your order number, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date with Google to show the Google Customer Reviews invitation. You choose whether to receive a survey email after the estimated delivery date. Google sends the survey only if you agree. Reviews displayed from Etsy are separate and are not transferred through this integration.

Retention and your choices

Order records are retained as required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal purposes. Support messages and reviews are kept only as long as reasonably needed. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, and may object to or withdraw consent for optional processing.

Cookies and security

Optional analytics remains off until you accept it in the cookie banner; advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Essential storage supports checkout and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
