Most vintage rugs are prepared and dispatched from Turkey. Selected products held in U.S. stock are identified in their product descriptions. Every shipment includes tracking. Estimated delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and European Union is 6–7 business days including preparation. Customs processing may cause delays. U.S. orders shipped from Turkey use DDP, with duties included in the displayed U.S. price. Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any local VAT, customs fees and import duties.

Customer information is used to process orders, provide support and meet legal obligations. Review email addresses are stored privately for verification and customer support and are never displayed with public reviews. Payment details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Red Stone Vintage Rugs. A single cart-reminder email is sent only when a customer supplies an email address and gives explicit consent. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link; opting out prevents future cart-reminder emails to that address.

Optional Google Analytics and first-party visitor analytics help us understand page visits, general location, device type and traffic source. Analytics storage is denied until you accept it in the cookie banner. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time to change your choice.
