Red Stone Vintage Rugs is the store and trading name operated by SFA Trading LLC, 12 Daniel Rd, Ste 301, Fairfield, NJ 07004, United States. Phone: +1 201-877-0261. SFA Trading LLC manages this website, payments and customer support. Most vintage rugs are sourced, prepared and dispatched by our Turkey-based team; selected products held in U.S. stock are identified on their product pages.
Products and vintage condition
Most pieces are vintage, handmade and one of a kind. Natural wear, repairs, color variation and slight differences in side measurements are disclosed through the listing description and photographs and are not manufacturing defects.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted after payment confirmation and stock verification. Because one-of-a-kind items may also be listed on another marketplace, we may cancel and fully refund an order if the same piece sold first elsewhere. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal.
Prices, shipping and customs
Prices and available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. U.S. orders use the stated DDP price with covered import duties. Customers outside the United States are responsible for local VAT, customs charges or import duties unless the product or checkout explicitly states otherwise. Orders shipping to Turkey are not accepted.
Returns and refunds
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in their received condition using tracked, insured shipping. The buyer pays return shipping unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Website use
Product photographs, descriptions and branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or attempt unauthorized access.
