About This Rug:

This one-of-a-kind Christmas stocking is cut from an authentic vintage Turkish rug and keeps the soft, faded charm of the original weaving. A soft peach and cream field carries two brown and black floral motifs joined by a thin black stem and leaf, framed by terracotta and cream striped borders along the right edge and across the heel. Near the toe, a floral medallion in terracotta brown and black sits among small black dot motifs, and a terracotta corner border with cream detail follows the rounded curve of the foot. The low, hand-trimmed pile shows the hand-knotted construction and gives the piece a soft, lived-in character. Each piece is cut from a different rug, so the stocking you receive has its own unique character.

Perfect For:

A soft, faded-floral stocking for a farmhouse, cottage or neutral mantel, fireplace, staircase banister or console table, with gentle cream, peach and terracotta tones that bring a warm, timeless note to Christmas and pair beautifully with evergreen garlands and candlelight. Also a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gift for anyone who loves vintage textiles and authentic handmade decor.
