✦ ABOUT THIS RUG

This compact stocking is cut from a vintage Turkish rug with a soft ivory field. Playful pink scrolls curl across it, joined by small navy, brown and sage green motifs, while the toe is worked in a pale mint green. The pile has been shaved low and has faded gently, giving the pastel colors a light, airy look. The back is finished in deep purple fabric with cream stitching, and a loop at the top makes it ready to hang.
